At The Mood, we aim to deliver your order efficiently and reliably. Please review our shipping policy below.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout and vary based on:

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected shipping method

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (USA): 3–7 business days after processing

  • International: 7–21 business days after processing, depending on location

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary.

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide from the United States.

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

  • The Mood is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • The Mood is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or delayed, contact us at [your email address] and we’ll assist you as best as possible. Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery issues are outside our direct control.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO), unless stated otherwise.
